Whole House Remodel | Minocqua, WI
A Spring 2026 Parade of Homes.
This 1950s home had several additions over the years. While there was a good amount of space, it lacked function and cohesiveness, especially as the owners were turning it into their full-time residence.
This was a complete remodel; we got down to the studs and ended up removing one-third of the roof trusses and one-fourth of the floor joists to open up the space and capitalize on the great lake view. The home featured large Marvin windows and multi-slide doors to maximize the views.
We also created a dream master bathroom with 8 shower heads, a soaking tub, and floor-to-ceiling tile. All tile floors were heated throughout the home. We integrated custom interior doors, a sunroom, a library wall and ladder, a gourmet kitchen with hidden access to the butler pantry (including a Costco door), and beautiful interior stonework throughout the home. Great space to relax and enjoy time with your family.
